About Steve
I’m Steve, owner of Outside the Box Stretch therapy and one of only a handful of Certified Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioners in New Jersey. Every session is one-on-one with me directly. You’re not booked with a general practitioner. You get the same person every time, someone who knows your history and your goals.
How It Works
I come to your home or office with everything needed for the session: table, equipment, all of it. You just need a clear space about 6 by 8 feet and an hour set aside. No commute, no waiting room, no rushing out afterward.
Before we start I’ll check in on what’s feeling off that day, and every session is built around that, not a fixed routine.

wHO CAN BENEFIT FROM FST?
Golfers
